Cut the Seitan-Wheat fillet in stripes and add to saut\u00e9 for 2-3 more minutes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>\u0392\u03ae\u03bc\u03b1\u00a02<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Remove the Hijiki from the water, drain it and add it to the pot, above all other materials.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>\u0392\u03ae\u03bc\u03b1\u00a03<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Add fresh water, just enough to cover the Hijiki. Add the carrot on top.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>\u0392\u03ae\u03bc\u03b1\u00a04<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Cover with lid, bring to boiling point and then add Soy sauce, lower and simmer for about 40-45 minutes on low flame.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>\u0392\u03ae\u03bc\u03b1\u00a05<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>If the liquids have not been absorbed, remove the lid and continue for a little while until almost evaporated and remain a little like glaze.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>\u0392\u03ae\u03bc\u03b1\u00a06<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Roast the sesame seeds in a pan and sprinkle on top, while serving.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h4 class=\"CRecipe\">Notes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"CRecipe\">The water that we soaked the seaweed can be used in cooking legumes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"CRecipe\">Instead of carrot (or together with it), we can also use, pumpkin, sweet potato, daikon (Chinese radish), turnip, parsnip and so
