Production
Tea from the tea stems (Camellia sinensis), which are later collected from the leaves, are dried in the sun and then roasted in natural heat. Their roasting gives them a particularly “smoky” flavor and aroma with nutmeg. It is very low in caffeine on its own, without any chemical or other treatment.

Benefits
In traditional folklore, it is used to enhance digestion, blood and mind. A curative recipe is Ume-So-Bancha, made of Umeboshi, Soy sauce and Bancha (Kukicha) tea.

Use
It can be used at least 2-3 times. The first time, can be left in warm water (70-80 ° C) for 2-3 minutes, the second time to boil 1-5 minutes and the third time to boil for up to 10 minutes.
